AssistMyTeam recognizes the contribution educational institutions & universities, non-profit organizations and MVPs make to the community and we’re glad that we have an opportunity to give back to you all, who devote so much of yourself to educate and helping others. We like to reward that contribution with free enterprise licenses of our products to educational institutions and MVPs and up-to 50% discount to non-educational, non-profit organizations.

Please review our eligibility requirements below to determine if you qualify. If you don't fall within these categories, please don't be despair, email us anyway describing your unique position or circumstances and we will review on case by case basis, for a discount.

There are three programs organizations can apply, to avail free or 50% discount on our product's license:

Academic License Program

We, at AssistMyTeam SMB Solutions, believe strongly in supporting educational institutions throughout the world. Our Academic License Program (ALP) provides FREE licenses to fully accredited educational institutions for use on all systems owned or leased by the institution. To be eligible for this program, your institution must be fully accredited in your country as a primary education school or a degree issuing college or university.
 

If you are using one of the educational domains listed below, you are eligible for to apply on any of our enterprise products.

To enroll in this 'Academic License Program',  please fill up the contact form or email us with the following details:

	The product that you are interested at. Refer to our product page to view all our available products
	Number of users and departments
	Your full name and Designation
	Email-address (it should be within the domain)
	Institution name
	The country where your institution physically exists.
	The URL of your institution's web page. Unfortunately we can only read English, so please make sure to let us know how to view your web site in English.
	And optionally, you can include a brief description on how the product of interest would be used within in the institution.

Support and Maintenance Contract - While we are able to offer free licenses to qualified institutions, we are not able to offer free support. If you wish to receive support you will need to purchase a subscription. Refer to Support and Maintenance Contract page for more details.

Non-Profit License Program

If you work for a charity, trust or non-profit organizations, get in touch. We often grant Non-Profit license (which is usually around 50% discount) to such organizations, subject to verification. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please fill up the contact form or email us with the following information:

	The product that you are interested at. Refer to our product page to view all our available products
	Your full name and Designation
	Email-address (it should be within the organization's domain server
	Organization name
	The URL of your organization's web page. Unfortunately we can only read English, so please make sure to let us know how to view your web site in English.
	And optionally, a brief description on how the product of interest would be used within your organization

MVP License Program

As Microsoft MVPs help provide resources, guidance and fellowship; without all of their efforts we know the Office community would not be the same. We like to reward that contribution with free not-for-resale (NFR) licenses of our products to MVPs.

Even if you are not part of an official company sponsored program but are a recognized contributor to the Microsoft Office/Outlook community, we'll consider you for the NFR license. Just send mail with some means for us to verify your community contribution.

An example of a "community contribution" that would qualify could be a well-respected blog related to Microsoft Office/Outlook, or authorship of relevant articles free to the community.

	Proof of your Microsoft MVP, or a well-known online contributor status if applicable
