Shutdown Outlook
(if active). Make sure the
Outlook.exe is also not running
in the background (verify it
from Task Manager). |

Double-click
the file SupportCallsPersonalSetup.exe
to install. |
Note: If you are on Windows Vista
or Windows 7 and you
encounter a installation problem,
then right-click Setup.exe,
and then click 'Run as
Administrator'. This might
be required to overcome UAC.
