Internal Notes

The notes section enables the technicians to add private notes to the support case for internal use.
 

Input in a new note.
Add the new note to the case. The new note will be appended to the existing notes (if exists).
The existing notes that had been already added by technicians and managers. Each note snippet is tagged by the technician and the date/time it was added.
