Automatic notifications

Automatic email notification and SMS alerts are essential for keeping callers and technicians abreast with the progress and status of the case. SupportCalls offers a whole lot of notification options for different events such as when a case is created, changed or resolved, or when a technician is assigned to the case, or when the due date has lapsed etc. The template for such a notification email or SMS is available for customization as discussed earlier. Automatic emails and SMS are sent out directly when a relevant event occurs and the whole exercise is transparent to the technicians.
