Please note:
As the product is meant to be used by a
workgroup team using an Exchange public folder or
shared mailbox (although it is perfectly fine to be
used as a one-person help desk system either on a
local PST or exchange mailbox), we don't have a
special price for individual seat as of now. We accept payment via PayPal
or ShareIt or an electronic bank transfer. All
prices in US Dollars (USD). Product delivery will be
via electronic downloads (that is, if you have not
already done so) and there are no taxes or shipping
charges.

a longer time, but well within 24

We can also accept electronic
transfer of funds to our bank account.
Please contact us to get our bank
information so the funds transfer can be
initiated. Bank Transfers must be in US
Dollars.
Special discount for
non-profit organizations
If the product is meant to
be used for a non-profit
organization such as a public
university/school, charity hospital
etc. you can avail a special
discount on the above amount,
subjected to verification and
approval. You can submit a request

Very Important -
No Refund Policy!
Please be aware there is no refund policy on
software purchases. Our products can be evaluated
for 30 days with no limitation so that you have
enough time to make a decision of whether the
product meet your requirements. Hence, if you have
made a purchase, we assume you are satisfied with
our product or services and henceforth, all sales
are Final. No refund request would be considered nor
entertained.

Software
Maintenance and Support
Each acquisition of our product is
accompanied by the purchase of a
Software Maintenance Agreement,
which guarantees that you will
receive all software changes,
whether a small update patch or a
whole new version, for the one-year
period of the Agreement. When you
purchase our product, a year support
contract is already included. If the
1 year support contract has expired,
you can renew it to avail support
and future upgrades for free. Refer
