For Team Helpdesk for Outlook, an enterprise license is available with unlimited number of technician seats. This license even allows for multiple helpdesks, one each for every department, with no limitation to the number of technicians that can work on the support cases, as long as, all these falls within one organizational structure.

We accept payment via PayPal or ShareIt or an electronic bank transfer. All prices in US Dollars (USD). Product delivery will be via electronic downloads (that is, if you have not already done so) and there are no taxes or shipping charges.

Very Important - No Refund Policy!
Please be aware there is no refund policy on software purchases. Our products can be evaluated for 30 days with no limitation so that you have enough time to make a decision of whether the product meet your requirements. Hence, if you have made a purchase, we assume you are satisfied with our product or services and henceforth, all sales are Final. No refund request would be considered nor entertained.

 

Software Maintenance and Support
Each acquisition of our product is accompanied by the purchase of a Software Maintenance Agreement, which guarantees that you will receive all software changes, whether a small update patch or a whole new version, for the one-year period of the Agreement. When you purchase our product, a year support contract is already included. If the 1 year support contract has expired, you can renew it to avail support and future upgrades for free.
