Automatic update of KB articles and problems list

In due course, new articles would get added, or existing ones updated. Moreover, the TeamKB problem lists and settings would also change, and get updated, over time.

This requires the TeamKB administrator, to manually update the web access metadata files accordingly, (by clicking this 'Update data' button), so that articles used in the web access application, is in synch with that in Outlook/Exchange.

In such scenario, it is recommended to allow TeamKB system, to automatically update, the web access specific metadata files, in the shared network TeamKB Web Access folder, when there are any new articles added or any changes in the problem lists and settings in Outlook.
