The Settings folder has one Outlook item - the settings item in which all the TeamKB settings data are stored and managed. So, it is highly recommended that you avoid saving any other items in this folder for security and reliability point of view. The staffs permission on this folder are also needed to be planned out carefully as for every new article being published, the article number count is updated in the settings item, which means, without an adequate permission (editor) on this folder, most likely you (as an editor or staff with admin-access) will simply get a friendly error message about the failure of the publishing a new article.
