Authors List

TeamKB can maintain a list of author who would be creating or using KB articles. The author name and email address are mandatory fields and should be unique for each user that you entered.

	Import users/authors from Global Address List/Active Directory - Most likely, you might already have contact details of the users/authors in the exchange global address list. Use the 'Import...' button to display the address book and select those contacts that you want to import. The user's name and email fields would be then automatically filled in the grid.
	The administrative settings and tools in TeamKB can be allowed selective access to users. Enable this option to categories which users/authors should have administrative access and which should not. By default, this option is disabled, which means all users will have administrative access. Learn more.
	Enable Control Access Mechanism - With this option, you can toggle the control access mechanism in the whole of TeamKB system. Only when this option is enabled, the limitation would apply for users/authors with non-administrator roles.
