Web Access

The Web Knowledge base website is an AJAX enabled ASP.NET 2.0 application, which you can host in your IIS web server such that your end-users can access your TeamKB knowledge base articles via a web browser over the internet. It helps the end-user to check out the articles for possible workarounds to their problem before requesting for support.

	Displays the IIS network folder path of the TeamKB web site
	Let you specify the IIS network folder path where the web knowledge base website is located.
	You can then create/update all requisite web KB XML metadata files in that web folder.
	You can also allow TeamKB addin to automatically update these XML files into that webfolder when new articles are published or existing ones edited in Outlook. Please note that you will need write permission over this web folder to update the files.
