Administrative Settings
The Team administrative settings include list managers to customize the contents of all drop-down boxes on the KB form, custom fields, article, email and print templates as well as web access configurations etc. These settings can only be reach via the SupportCalls menu. Authors/users without admin-access, will not be able to see nor work on the settings.
